Coordinated Entry System (CES)

The Coordinated Entry System (CES) is a centralized resource for people experiencing homelessness to connect to housing and services.

In 2013 Los Angeles developed the Coordinated Entry System (CES) to break down bureaucratic barriers and more easily connect people across L.A. County with housing and services.

It’s a “no wrong door” approach to connecting people with permanent, stable housing. Before the CES was established, people working to end homelessness were unable to easily share information and resources.
