Track the progress on supportive housing in your district.
Supportive housing is 90% effective at ending homelessness. On March 20, 2018, L.A. City Council members pledged unanimously to support a minimum of 222 units of supportive housing in each of their districts by July 1, 2020. That’s 3,330 units in total—or about one-third of the City’s 10,000 unit goal. 222 was just the start. Whether these leaders delivered or not, we will continue to advocate for more housing in every district.
