We need your input!
The Enlightenment Plaza project would be comprised of new multi-phased permanent supportive housing structures with approx. 454 dwelling units and approx. 5,700 sf of residential supportive services located at 321 N. Madison Ave. The units would be priced based on income levels.
This is a very large project that will impact your neighborhood so we want to hear what you think about it. The developer’s representatives will give a presentation on the project followed by an open question and answer conversation.

El proyecto Enlightenment Plaza estará compuesto con nuevas estructuras de viviendas de apoyo permanentes de múltiples fases con aprox. 454 viviendas y aprox. 5,700 pies cuadrados de servicios de apoyo residenciales ubicados en 321 N. Madison Ave. Las unidades tendrán precios dependiendo en los niveles de ingresos.

The Enlightenment Plaza project would be comprised of new multi-phased permanent supportive housing structures with approx. 454 dwelling units and approx. 5,700sf of residential supportive services located at 321 N. Madison Ave. The units would be priced at the low-, very low-, and extremely low-income levels. The owners are requesting the approval of a zone change and a general plan amendment, among other discretionary approvals, due to the property's current industrial zoning.
