Mercy Housing California invites you to a 2nd community meeting to continue the dialogue regarding Burbank Boulevard Senior Housing. Located at 14534-14536 Burbank Boulevard, Sherman Oaks, CA. This 55-unit affordable housing development is intended to provide permanent housing for seniors, aged 62 and over, who have experienced homelessness.

Proposed for the lot currently occupied by a tri-plex near the intersection of Burbank Boulevard and Van Nuys Boulevard, this new development will replace the existing buildings with much needed senior housing combined with supportive services.
