April Advocacy Townhall

Join us for a virtual Town Hall Friday April 28th at 12 PM as we talk about what it takes to ensure historically disinvested communities are resource rich. Our presentation will focus on the importance of equity, empowerment, and investment in our local communities in the broader fight against homelessness. We’ll see how advocating to break down barriers and expand access to economic resources helps communities thrive. We’ll be joined by Norma Rodriguez, the UWGLA Director of Education, Programs and Policy; Rudy Espinoza, Executive Director of Inclusive Action for the City; and Dexter O’Connell, Senior Manager for Youth Policy and Advocacy at Safe Place for Youth.
