Tell the Assembly Housing Committee L.A. County needs new solutions
We know L.A.’s housing system isn’t doing enough to create housing for low-income people or prevent homelessness.
A new bill called SB 679 would change that by creating a new housing solutions agency, called LACAHSA, with the independence and ability to create new affordable housing, protect renters, and smash through decades of racist housing policies.
Jesse Gabriel and Sharon Quirk-Silva sit on the powerful Housing Committee in the California Assembly. We need them to vote yes in order for this transformational bill to move forward.
Fill out the form and we’ll connect you. Tell them you support SB 679 and the L.A. County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency.
