Today at 2 p.m., the L.A. City Council will discuss a plan to create safe, permanent housing for the 15,000+ people who are most vulnerable to COVID-19.

- Use Meeting ID No. 161 829 4030 and then press #.
- Press # again when prompted for Participant ID.
- Once admitted into the meeting, press *9 to request to speak.
The message we need to send is simple: We need to secure safe, long-term housing for the 15,000 people experiencing homelessness in L.A. who are most vulnerable during the pandemic. The city of L.A. must fully fund its share of the plan using federal CARES Act funding.
If you call in at 2:00 pm and are disconnected, don’t give up. If you have time, call back every few minutes until you’re connected. We need to make sure our voices are heard today.
Thank you for lending your voice to this important effort!
Update: This meeting was originally scheduled for 1 p.m. but the City Council moved it at the last minute. Apologies for any confusion this may have caused.
